The role Harrison Ford was born to play, the President of the United States. Just good cheesy late 90s action film fun is what this one is. Has Harrison gone up against a better actor than Gary Oldman? There may be an awesome drinking game buried in this film. Could Obama pull off doing the stuff James Marshall does?

Sabrina/Indiana Jones Adventure Ride: GOMP #21

For this Harrison Ford movie, Sabrina, we get a unique opportunity to compare how Harrison plays a role that Humphrey Bogart played. Yep, Harrison does his first “rom-com” and you kind of wonder why he doesn’t do more comedy. There was some creepness happening in Sabrina due to the large age gap between Linus/Harrison Ford and Sabrina/Julia Ormond and we’re not quite sure Harrison was totally comfortable hitting on such a younger character. Plenty of breaking down of “Linus”.

OF NOTE!: We talk about the Disneyland ride, Indiana Jones Adventure – Temple of the Forbidden Eye. (It came out during this era of Harrison’s carrer so we review it here.

So yeah, we break down Harrison Ford playing Jack Ryan a second time, talk about other Jack Ryans, get updated on how Harrison is doing after his plane crash and try to figure out the order Trent’s child should watch Star Wars.

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade: Get Off My Podcast #14

The 1980s of Harrison’s career (maybe the strongest decade of any actor ever) end with Indy being called “Junior” by Sean Connery in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Pretty damn good movie for Harrison and the world and we break it down.

We get it all in the one, River Phoenix works in a Harrison movie again, this time playing a young version of Indy instead of his son. Brody and Sallah return, Professor Jones is back, the hottest Indy Girl ever, Indy meets Hitler, more Germans, and that dude the drove a AT-AT on Hoth and told Darth Vader it was cool to come down to the planet now.

Once we get done with Last Crusade (sorry, it takes a while) we get through some recent Ford news including the Age Of Adoline trailer and some teaser trailer thingy with a R2-D2 Beach Ball and THE FREAKING MILLENNIUM FALCON!!
